Ms Topo Rabasima-Muthoni

Ms Topo Rabasima-Muthoni is an experienced Communications professional with over 10 years in the industry. She was appointed Manager, Stakeholder Relations on the 3^rd of January 2024. She joined HRDC in 2010 and worked in different roles within the Stakeholders Relations Unit before being appointed to her current role.

The main purpose of the role is to manage, direct, coordinate, and supervise the public relations, communication, marketing, and branding activities of HRDC and oversee the provision of good customer service to HRDC’s customers. The position reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO).

She holds the following qualifications; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from MANCOSA, a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management and Corporate Planning through the Cyprus Institute of Marketing, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Bcom) in Marketing Management from North West University in South Africa.

Ms Rabasima-Muthoni has completed various professional courses in social media, public relations writing, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, and others.
