BOTSWANA HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT SKILLS FAIR AND CAREER CLINICS 2025

The BHRDS is a premier event hosted annually by the HRDC in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education and several other stakeholders. The 13th edition of the Fair and Career Clinics will be hosted at Fairground Holdings, Gaborone from the 25th – 28th March 2025 under the theme ‘Leveraging on TVET to transform higher education in Botswana: diversifying the economy through youth skills development.’

 The Fair facilitates a week-long engagement of education and training providers, industry and development partners, and prospective students to undertake career counselling, skills expositions, and other career guidance to enable potential learners to make informed choices for their education and career planning. 

The Fair attracts over 12000 visitors during the week of its hosting, many of them young people who are transiting to tertiary education institutions. The 2025 Fair will feature several international exhibitors and activities that will highlight skills aligned to Botswana’s development priorities.
